As an ex Merrill Lynch broker, I can tell you that Merrill's research on tech stocks is nothing short of pathetic. They love tech stocks at the top and hate them at the bottom. How can you make money with that kind of advice?? When ORCL gets back to 35 or 40, they will put the buy back on it. PD
