Two questions: 1. How do I arrange the icons on my desktop? I installed Norton Utilities last night and now the Utilities icon is sitting halfway on top of one of my folders. I can get to the folder, but it looks like hell. 2. In Windows Explorer, I have 37 of these: File0001,File0002, etc. Says they are check files. When I open one, it says Netscape Generated File, do not edit and they are lists of every website I have ever been to. Is this what is called a "cookie"? Are these necessary or can they be deleted? Anyway, Utilities made this computer as good as new. Would you believe 171 problems, FIXED. This thing used to lock up all the time because I was double-clicking to get off the net. I came to this board and found out to use the Start-Shutdown feature. So no more locking up. But I'm sure that is where the 171 problems came from. Thanks for your help. CarolynT
