Evening Dan,

Glad to hear that your arbitrage worked out for you. As far as the
circular I didn't get mine yet either. After all this time I finially
got my investors package. Wanted to see it before it changed and became
Twin Gold. The package is quite impressive. Colored maps and all that.
I think it is alot better the the homepage. You can hold it in your hand
and read it on the execative throne. Good throne reading ;-), it kind of
puts all this talk togeather and answers some unasked questions. Even
have a current financial statement.

As far as the circular I was told that it was sent out last week and
was sent to Washington State, USA. From there they are distributed to
all the brokers and then the brokers distribute them to the shareholders.
I asked that question because I haven't gotten mine yet either and they
want them back usually 10 days before the meeting. So we don't have alot
of time to read all the material and get it back.
