Go to the site and figure out exactlywhat it is that BAI does. Besides asking you to fill out forms and send money, that is. Try to figure out what the benefits are that you're buying for employees or customers or sales agents (other than prepaid telephone cards) and some legal services plan (for the owner only).
Better yet, try calling the # they list - 1/800/461-1191. Go ahead, try it! Punch in the code # they show (1008) when asked and see what you get (don't worry if you don't have a fax card or machine, it's not a problem).

In other words, they'll slap your name label on the covers of brochures they've printed up in bulk and will otherwise get your name inside some things that are preprinted, sounds like, but very "customized" in accordance with their commitment.
