John,

I went to the link and I confirmed the language used does seem to indicate that with regard to determining deficiency it is 30 consecutive days below the $4 or $5 dollar threshold (for small cap and national respectively) since filing date. At least, that is my interpretation reading it directly from the NASDAQ site.
