wvalx...increase in cash and cash equiv from $24 to $36 mill in one qtr... well Vivus is sitting on at least 2 mill shares of Vivus that went up from $2.59 on 12/31/98 to $4.00 on 3/31/99...that's almost $3 mill right there... As of todays price after hours $5.50 ...add about $3 million more to get you to $39 mill... Look for Vivus to be in the double digits by the end of June...that's another $10 mill or more. IMO......could be $50 mill on the books by end of 2nd qtr. The future is in the R&D pipeline the cash to feed the R&D pipeline will come from MUSE and ALIBRA sales.....
