Hi... Excuss me for the wrong-word!!! Yes, The company will be filing the necessary paper work to be full reporting in the next two weeks. Knowingly,the merger information needs to be part of the complete package. Also, the guy who helps them in US apparently did a lot of the necessary disclosure information because I believe S&P qualified( or about to qualify) the company for blue-sky and other S&P benefits. I know for a fact that S&P won't put blank-check companies under its listing. S&P has very rigid reporting and company structure requirements. You are wrong! I called the Co today and spoke with Dr. Russell who has no known knowledge who this tom kennedy person might be.... Does he work with Securities Industry and you have these two companies mixed up? UP UP UP GO GO GO STXF GC
