Let's see if I understand you correctly. Under your premise, the My Lai massacre gives the Serbs carte blanche to commit genocide. How long is this license to kill good for? By my count the Serbs have already executed in excess of 1,000 Croat, Bosnian Muslim, and Kosovar civilians for every man woman and child killed at My Lai.

I find your logic hard to follow.
