maybe this is a 'shell' company, financed with 'virtual' money. I asked questions that basically said 'show me the beef', and nobody could..... tip #1 - Previous legal problems regarding the principal involved. tip #2 - Current legal problems involving former employees. BIG BIG BIG tip #3 - An advertising server(s) that were scheduled to be 'down' for maintinence for 2 straight weeks = absolutely UNHEARD OF. Tip #4 - Lawsuits from other search engines. Tip #5 - revolving door management (and Lots of it). Tip #6 - moving corporate HQ to how many different locations ? Maybe i could forgive #1, but NONE of the others make any sense, and when you add them all up.....
