DIMD is just starting to expand big time. They don't own MP3.com but they do own Rioport.com and have more MP3 players out there than anyone. Earnings arn't everything. Regardless read latest from Bloomberg.

MP3.com Near Agreement With Morissette, Hollywood Reporter Says

New York, April 21 (Bloomberg) -- MP3.com, which distributes music over the Internet, is in negotiations to sponsor dates of Alanis Morissette's upcoming North American tour, the Hollywood Reporter online reported, citing unidentified people. As part of the agreement, Morissette would receive an undetermined equity stake in closely held MP3. The move would mark the first time a ''top tier'' artist has endorsed the company's controversial technology, which enables people to easily download CD-quality music over the Internet, the trade publication said.

Morissette's record label is Maverick Recording Co., which is jointly owned by Time Warner Inc. and Madonna.
