Eco-Resources to Change Name and Trading Symbol
To OTCBB: MGTK
LAS VEGAS, April 21 /PRNewswire/ -- Eco-Resources International, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: ECOI - news) today
announced that it had completed a period of reorganization and will, effective April 23, change the company name to
MAGNESIUM TECHNOLOGIES, INC., and simultaneously reverse split the company's stock 20 for 1. The new trading
symbol is MGTK.
The change was necessary due to previous management's inability to raise the necessary financing for announced theatrical
productions in a timely manner. All Stock issued for the various acquisitions has been reversed.

super light magnesium alloy technologies.''
In a merger worth in excess of 4.5 million dollars Magnesium Technologies, Inc. will acquire Carefree Products Corporation, a
Nevada corporation for stock. Carefree Products is the United States holding company for Litech Holdings Ltd. and owns
manufacturing, and marketing rights for a large number of Magnesium products and currently has inventory worth in excess of 3
million dollars. Carefree Products has no debt.
