What's the rush? At 12% interest, that's $1 million a month accruing on the $103 million. It will all be paid in 30 days unless GE antes up a bigger bond and tries for a futile appeal to the Supreme Court. As an earlier poster said on the other thread, GE has about as much chance of getting certiorari granted for an appeal as Dr. Damadian has of getting a Christmas card from Jack Welch.
