If I were CIMA I think I would be recinding that offer right about now. So sorry, I read it as wide open, thus I can accept or decline up to the deadline. Hey, we do not even need a Philadelphia lawyer to figure that one out. I'll do just about anything for a bowl of PHO and heck I am playing by the rules CIMA laid down.
