I really believe this company has something left. Patience will be key until they get organized. Fundamentally, Software Publishing was a disaster at the management level. Price reflected it. But having said that, Allegro's management has been good. There stock price history, although short, is very good. Seems like the ANMI management might be sound. It baffles me why they took on a loser like SPCO, and more than that, hefty debt. But I have talked to there CEO and COO and they seem like they know what their doing. Lets see how they market their products, share prices and overall business for a year. The only reason why I sold at the time was that I needed that money to get involved with OO. There short term prospects look better than SPCO. But I am not done with this one. Only taking a short break from it. When I bought back I bought considerably less than I owned before. I will DCA this stock over time so I get an evenly level buying price. But as I said, I think short term this stock doesn't look to good, especially if you look at their EPS. But in time, well maybe.....Steve

P.S. - You never know if someone will come along and buy this company up! There is some potential in it.
