I backed myself into a corner with my HUMC stock and am waiting for a turnaround, so I'm biased. But I think Sorkin and his R&&D chief are bright and sensible and I've been impressed with the company as a whole from its inception. So I'm willing to cut them some slack. The HUMC stockholders have been screaming for an acquisition for years, so they shouldn't complain. Strategically, PCDOCS seems like a good fit into the BI vertical niche they're attempting to create. Whether this "knowledge portal" idea takes off is anybody's bet. What Sorkin will do with PCDOCS management after the merger, if any, is also open to debate. I gather the PCDOCS shareholders aren't too thrilled with current management. Maybe HUMC should put a .com after their name and find a way to lose money; then the stock would soar again! BTW, HUMC earnings are due Thursday after trading. Good luck!
