I hope the poor man doesn't blame himself. Kids talk about all kinds of creepy things. It's not so unusual, I think Ish knows how to build a bomb out of fertilizer. My husband owns a copy of the Anarchist Cookbook, which tells how to make all kinds of destructive stuff. I was the custodian in my high school lab and used to play with sodium, throwing it into water, stuff like that. Tried to make thermite but couldn't get it to work. Made alcohol using the lab glass. I can't explain the urge, but I think it has something to do with the desire to master technology.
