Re: Repayment schedule AMD has a requirement stemming from the Dresden financing to issue additional equity by June. This stipulation has been the subject of renogiation for several months. A logical outcome of the Vantis deal would be for some of the proceeds to be used as a vehicle for satisfying this obligation in some manner. It would therefore spare AMD the dilution that would be created by issuing additional stock at what would hopefully eventually be viewed as a disadvantageous price. - Tad LaFountain
