There was a bankruptcy hearing on 4/20 regarding Quadrax. Maybe the activity is due to the hope that the bankruptcy may finally be winding down. Don't know. As I understand it, EB Acquisitions has until late May to file an updated version of their reorganization plan for Quadrax/Victor taking into account the concerns that were raised at the hearing.
