Mr. Brown,

Check out TXB. Remember we had that one marked down. I already owned some shares, and now I wish I had upgraded it to an "accumulate." It jumped almost two points today. One of those brokerage firms upgraded the thing. They gave it a target price of $16 by year's end. You could have gotten in on this thing at $4. I bought it at 3.75, and now I am wishing I had bought a lot more!
