Hi Ron, I am reading a lot on this site and how can I help? What do you want me to ask Herman. Please realize that he is limited to what he can tell me. I am sure you are aware that he can't tell me everything. I got the impression after I spoke to Herman last that he does not want the price to increase too much before the private placement is finalized. After all is said and done, there will be a total of 42 million shares fully diluted. Cheers, Rich
