Curtis,

I have been informed that Vivus will no longer be allowing options on Vivus stock after June's options expire. Vivus has decided to do this to end the manipulation of Vivus stock. Most of the calls were purchased by the shorts to insure their short positions. I am glad to hear this. Now they can no longer buy calls and take huge short positions with little risk. This part of their little manipulation game is now going to end!
