The only problem with your appraisal is that they have an investment banker -Nations Bank-Montgomery Securities and currently 8 brokers follow the company. It is true that up until very recently their Public Relations and news releases have lacked enthusiasm. This has taken on a far more favorable flavor over recent weeks.

According to Insider Trader institutional holdings account for 46% of outstanding shares and insider hold some 26%. That does not leave too much room for additional market sponsorship unless you want to take above average risks on the liquidity factor.

The most successful route if they can achieve it is to bring out a secondary above $30 per share or get the stock high enough to split by establishing dynamic numbers for backlog growth and larger $ value bookings which will add to positive cash flow on a larger scale.
A close look by regulatory agencies at who the shorters are is certainly called for based on the Company's stellar business performance.
I have a feeling that the next Short Interest figure may show a significant decline. If not ears should perk up at the SEC and eyes open wider at NASDAQ.
