Wouldn't it be funny if the halt and press release are due to a buy out or large GigaMux order! Most likely just to give them time to write a rebuttal to Bloomberg and have it reviewed by lawyers. It'll probably say that the $175,000 was paid to Osicom to design the PDR(?). But for unknown reasons, the customer has not followed through with a contract. The product works as a wireless unit in combination with a wireless phone. That part would not even be misleading if it was clear that a wireless phone was required. It still works on the wireless mode of telephone communications. Wonder if the customer knew that was what they were getting? Maybe that's the reason there were no contracts - someone may have followed the letter of the contract and given them exactly what they wrote. Will be interesting tomorrow! Haven't heard "relax, it's Osicom!" in a while.
