I don't know if an embargo could be enforced, or effective. It had no effect in Iraq except to cause more suffering amoung the people. With an embargo, not only does the grass get trampled, it goes hungry and thirsty too. "Run away, run away", said Sir Robin in Monte Python's Holy Grail. Sound advice. CG
