TALK-as you know traders always set protective stops, either mentally or by putting the order in...You don't set stops, you die..Stops keep any bloodshed to a minimum..My condolences on TALK...Remember even great traders like Jeff Cooper are only right 60% of the time on their day trades(read his Hit and Run Trading Books and you will see what I am saying is true)I know your pain...I've been there, but no more..I am on a roll now, that I plan to continue, as long as I don't get cocky...Got to stay focused..Traders, never average down..We dump all losers immediately..BTW, TALK did pop slightly after we talked about it here...But it was only 1 1/2 points, as I recall..
On any popper, you sell on the day it pops, no matter how small the pop may be...Recently I sold XNET at 5.00 on a popper..Don't know what it is today, but I'd wager it isn't to the popper price...A popper is like letting air out of a balloon...Not much air left after you take your finger off of the end...
TALK-Potential exists for a move to 12.81-13.25 area, but that is all she wrote on this one..In fact, the Bollinger Band 30 period, calls for the trading range to be 12.06 to 10.65, so it will be interesting to see if she even has the strength to get out of this rut....
I would dump as soon as possible and put your money on a winner...
