I don't know - but Datek sent me a notice saying they could liquidate my account because my margin balance had dropped below an acceptable level - which of course , without my CNET position posted it is. I know it's just a snafu on their computer's part but it is extremely irksome to get a notice like that because of their errors. On a quote, they show no bid nor ask for CNET - which causes it to read zero for my CNET position. I am assuming CNET was halted after hours ??
