FWIW, it looks like ATIS is finally beginning its technical march on 3. This is the first sustained gradual price appreciation there in quite some time, making it more likely to be sustained, and if it can poke through, it should get the opportunity to move to the 3.5-4 range with less resistance than getting through 3. We shall see if/when this occurs, but it looks likely to be soon.
Meanwhile, the recent filing tells of the 5/25 annual meeting at 10am pst, along with the 3/31 share pool at 41,330,719, and gives the salaries of officers. At least the bonuses weren't hypocritical, as none were given to these execs for 1998, and given the delays and news of the previous year, along with the 1998 salaries, it would have looked pretty bad to have given bonuses, regardless of how well the company may ultimately do and how good the people appear to be.
