I guess to box fast electronics a good investment spread would be ATML, TQNT, VTSS, ANAD and KOPN(?). IBM wouldn't do any good since they are so big and diversified. I wish I owned them all today <g>. I'm no device geek either (I'm a materials geek) so I haven't a clue as to where SiGe fits in the time line, if at all. JF
