Now, don't worry, the market will easily digest these shares.

Why would they do that?

1. They need to keep the cash to finance operations.

2. They need to increase their market capitalization to acquire their
best competitors.

Let's face it, there is more than ACTV that wants to eat the
convergence cake.

OpenTV, Wink, etc.

Soon, some consolidation will have to occur. A large market
capitalization is necessary to be on top of the game.
