Mr. Roy McDonald reports
The company has signed a major marketing and media contract with Carroll
Media Incorporated of Van Nuys, Calif. This is the definitive agreement following
the letter of intent announced in Stockwatch, March 26, 1999, by Carroll Media
and Firelight.
Carroll Media will become the worldwide distributor for Firelight's Accu-Master
golf training aid products. The products are endorsed by Butch Harmon, coach of
Tiger Woods and other golfers on the PGA tour.
In the initial phase of the agreement, Carroll will provide $700,000 in media,
production and support services, including infomercials, commercials, print and
other media. This support will fully launch the product and the subsequent support
from Carroll will expand sales and enable Firelight to further its research and
development program. Carroll Media will also receive one million shares and will
assume a seat on the board of directors.
Carroll Media is a California company with interests in telecommunications,
motion pictures, media purchasing and planning, and product marketing and
distribution.
