Darn you guys can do the math... we just brought in about $2 a share in value...

CVIA will own 15% (3,000,000 shares) If ArchivalCD opens at $1.50 that gives CVIA $4,500,000 asset and with an O/S share count of around 515,000 that adds to CVIA a book value of $8.74 alone.

So...the $8.74 added value PLUS current book value of $2.11 gives a Total book Value of $10.85!

My math says you brought in a tad more than $2 per share in value. Please correct my math AFTER you finish writing the PR, closing ACDI deal, setting MM straight, negotiating other pending deals, getting the P's trading, amending SB2, filing qtly and annual reports with SEC BUT before you go to bed tonight...<g>
