Well the $8.74 book maybe on the high side, after reviewing the Audit, we decided since this was a forensic audit, to take an extremely conservative approach. We could not attach a value to IPOSITE and also Phipps (which we own 25%) Simply because IPOSITE has not come online yet and Phipps did not get their audits to us in time... we did not attach these to the bookvalue in this audit. Even though both have value. With this being the case we are looking at a book around an honest bullet proof $1 a share. Now as time goes by and Phipps gets his audits in, and IPOSITE starts up, we will be amending the book value upwards in the quarterly 10q's. Adding in ArchivalCD you may be close to the book being $8.74 but we are taking a very conservative, verifiable, non arguable approach in the book........... I am very serious about getting us a listing and if you can present a case no one can argue with, then no unrealistic expectations or disappointments will occur. KAA
