A few years ago my folks won some siggo money in the lottery. The IRS, of course, asked them to pay by Q that year. Now that their finances are back to normal, the IRS STILL requires them to file a Q report; no matter that they choose money markets as an "investment" vehicle.

I think that the IRS practices fiscal terrorism. No, forget the "practices" stuff. They wrote the book with no practice at all, just a sleepy congressostabulary.
