OIC, so you think a lawyer will hold an illegal bet. Are they calling them bookies at law now? Valence still has not sold any product. You are not being realistic if you think the terms of any financing will be that much better than recent junk equity the company has issued. You may discount risk factors in bringing this product to market, but the folks who fund outfits like this sure won't. I was not assuming that no contract would be announced. Robert, it is interesting that you think that I am a puppet on Bill's string. I guess you will entertain that delusion for as long as you see fit. Barb
