An idea to connect Britain and (western)Europe by a tunnel for rail and passenger cars. Big financing. Big revenue forecasts. Big problem. Big restructuring. Big over budget. I wouldn't assume the satelite idea is going to work on the first pass, is all I'm saying, so it's probably better not to crow 'till you got lots of feathers. Most IPO's are overpriced but sometimes it takes awile for the valuation to get tested.
