Congrats Jimbo , and your Daddy is right on luck but the Pros bought IBM

On the boat , I can't bury the hatchet just yet , as IBM s due to get a $ 5 bln check from A T & T soon ... you never know !

The Pros scared a lot of people out of IBM , even some knowledgeable ones on this thread , and (Pros) have been buying IBM regularly but at the right price .

You inquired :
>> " ...there are many skilled analysts that follow IBM that have far better contacts than I do. Why didn't they see this coming? " <<

Ain't no expert , and my reply is humble , but there has been consistent end of day buying of IBM in the $ 166 range since the January sell-off .

Fidelity's Quarter end announcement of a tech reduction was only for Fido's Magellan Fund and gave yet another late IBM buying opportunity for them .

The Pros are here , and it bodes well for a good IBM shareholder's year.

Getting the boat I won is still a problem , but $ 5 bln is a lot of loot , and hope springs eternal .

Jim K.
