Name Change and Consolidation SIRIUS RESOURCES LTD. ("SRS") [formerly Consolidated Ewing Industries Inc. ("CWG")] - Name Change and Consolidation Pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders October 15, 1997, the Company has consolidated its capital on a 10 old for 1 new basis and has subsequently increased its authorized capital. The name of the Company has also been changed from Consolidated Ewing Industries Inc. to Sirius Resources Ltd. Effective at the opening April 26, 1999, the common shares of Sirius Resources Ltd. will commence trading on the Vancouver Stock Exchange, and the common shares of Consolidated Ewing Industries Inc. will be delisted. The Company is classified as a 'Venture' company.
