FM, some answers to your questions regarding KYOM,

Post #103 from me and post #45 from Dave Gore will answer some of your questions. I made my post right after speaking with Mr Weinstein this afternoon while it was still fresh in my mind. He was very enthusiastic on KYOM, good considering he is a PR/investor.

The 40 million investment that he said would be coming into the company is only part of a larger 100 million investment from an offshore entity. The 100mm will be spilt between KYOM and another company. He did not specify the entity or the other company where the money was going. Sounds like the entity may be trying to put together a major China connection by linking two companies together.

Regarding "sinking 40 million into an OTC", my impression of China is that not just anybody can do business there. The Chinese control who gets in and KYOM already is in. Makes sense to me for a big investor/company to ride into China on the back of someone who is already there IMO. I didn't even think to ask about how the share structure was going to be because my mind was racing after I heard about the 100 million split deal. I did not post on my opinions about a possible linking because it was only my hunch, I tried to only report the facts as told to me by Les Weinstein.

Also,as I posted in #103, the float is now 1 million after last weeks addition of 500k shares. They have 500k more they can add to float any time but they "have no current plans to add to the float". Mr. Weinstein said they are happy with the current share price of $1-$1.50.

This stock has not received the the Francois Goelo seal of approval and should be considered risky. It is a candidate for his Internet Asia index, but not yet approved.

Be sure to read posts #45 and #103. Also the thread header regarding the CEO's connections.

Wish Dave Gore was back from vacation!
