This was emailed out the evening of 4/21 from Wall Street West (www.wallstreetwest.com). Thought you would be interested...

Scottsdale Scientific, Inc. (OTC-BB-STDS-$2.12)

We view STDS as a STRONG BUY! We say this about very few companies, but this is the exception. Scottsdale Scientific qualifies for a NASDAQ listing in all requirements (assets, number of shareholders, operating history, etc.) except for one: stock price (NASDAQ requires a $4 minimum stock price sustained for 21 days). We think this is about to change. STDS went up from $1.87 to the $2.12 area today. Last week it was in the $2.50 area. If the stock can hold and surpass the $4 range and hold for 21 days, it qualifies and can apply for a NASDAQ listing. We think this will happen very soon, as investors discover this fantastic investment opportunity! Our short term target is $9 per share, longer term $21. Don't forget the INTERNET ANGLE: Scottsdale has a fully functional e-commerce website, selling its products over the Internet. Here is the story:

Scottsdale Scientific, Inc., through its wholly owned subsidiary Allergy Research Group, Inc., and Nutricology, Inc., is in the business of
developing, manufacturing and distributing special herbal, vitamin and mineral formulations. This industry, also known as the VMS (vitamin, mineral and supplement) industry, is a giant and ever-increasing market that shows little signs of slowing. Specifically, STDS has developed products for
previously overlooked markets such as: Age Related Macular Degeneration; Chronic Fatigue Syndrome & Fibromyalgia; and Rheumatoid and Osteoarthritis. The Company attempts to create products that help to eliminate the underlying cause versus the typical pharmacological symptom-easing so common with traditional treatments.

Scottsdale Scientific, Inc. is a 20 YEAR OLD company focused on the quasi-scientific, herbal, and bioengineered sector of nutritional supplementation. The Company was founded by Dr. Steven A. Levine, a pioneer in antioxidant research -- he wrote the classic textbook on antioxidants in 1984, which is still used as the industry primer. For 20 years, Dr. Levine has been engineering and compounding formulas that are not only highly effective, but are continually COPIED by other larger manufacturers. His formulas are sought after, and consultation time with Dr. Levine is priceless.

True to his original mission, Dr. Levine and Scottsdale Scientific have come out with yet another, cutting edge line of supplements with a state-of-the-art delivery system with the new "total nutrient" concept. This group of new powder-based products answer to the specific needs of the aging population, with formulas created to target diminished immune function, low energy levels, allergic and asthmatic symptoms, weight management, and addiction recovery. Scottsdale Scientific, with its wholly-owned subsidiary Allergy Research Group Group, has carved out a quality, purity, and innovation niche.

Years ago, Dr. Levine recognized that for supplementation to become well known and used by many people, he had to create the quality and sophistication that would attract physicians and the medical community. Hence, Scottsdale Scientific targeted the professional medical market, wisely anticipating that even though the majority of Americans are willing to try supplements, ultimately they want their doctors' approval and counsel.

Scottsdale Scientific currently sells to over 5,000 physicians nationwide and another 200 Internationally. Since 1997 Scottsdale Scientific has grown internationally over 50%, because of their association with Dr. Frederick Douwes, world renowned oncologist, whose hospital facilities in Bad Abling, Germany have become legendary in cancer therapy.

So the bottom line is here, we have a company that is combining the latest in medical technology with nutrition in order to nourish and support health in the modern world. STDS manufactures and markets an advanced line of Vitamin C products, Multiple Vitamins/Minerals, Selenium products, mixed antioxidants, vitamin E products, Bioflavonoids, B Vitamins, Essential Fatty Acids, Amino Acids, Pancreas Glandulars, Organic Glandulars, Gastric Support, Probiotics, Probiotic Enhancers, Bioenergetic Enhancers, Superfood Concentrates, Connective Tissue, Melatonin Formulas, Laktoferrin Products, and Modified Citrus Pectin. The latest product introduction is TOTAL IMMUNE, an all-in-one dietary supplement containing over 60 nutrients, herbs, and immunostimulants. The product was developed by Dr. Levine and Dr. Douwes.

Nutrition Business Journal expects the Dietary Supplement Industry to exceed $18 Billion in sales by 2002. Scottsdale Scientific is poised to capture a significant portion ot that number. Financially speaking, the Company has assets in excess of $ 4,000,000 with revenues of over $ 14 million for year-end 1998. These revenues together with the management team made up of Marianne Sum, CEO, Ashraf Marcos, Controller and Stephen Levine,
Ph.D, President Allergy Research Group's R&D company, should help propel the Company to gain a healthy portion of the alternative medicine and VMS market.
