I was browsing around Freeedgar and somehow this S-3 scrolled to the top of the page (there were two pages of filings). I saw the 4/20/98! at the top and assumed it was today's.

I have seen that occasionally on FreeEdgar, and was fooled once myself. I wonder how they do that?
