mchip, you are most welcomed to engage in our discussion. After all, that is the purpose of a thread...If I can learn one millibyte of information from you, it will make me a more knowledgeable investor and a better person.

First of all, one cannot compare the euphoria that exists with internet stocks with other traditional stocks.

Having said that, BIDS/BII tumbled down for several reasons. The most simple answer appears to be Long time shareholders cashing in on their profits vs shorters seizing the situation to drive the price down. Unlike myself who came by BII just recently, many have owned the stock while it was trading at under $1. Many of those have earned ten, twenty, thirty times their investment.

There are other reasons we can speculate for the decline in the stock. Fundamentals IMO is not one of them. Need I remind you about EBAY and what was said about it just a few months ago.

It may also be that the company just doesn't make the grade. But I they would have gone through all this trouble just for a week-end on Nasdaq.

respectfully,

SirVinny
