Robert, if this rumor is anywhere near true, why would one want to sell at all? After watching our shares languish in the 5-6$ range for most of the past few months, an $18 share swap with GE (assuming its a swap) would be tantamount to buying GE at $35, a price it has not visited since 95. Moreover, we have all been complaining about the mad scientist syndrome that dominates IMG management. Can you envisage what GE management can do with this company's portfolio of products? This would be valuable even if it is not a swap, but a major stake guaranteeing GE control. What matters now is to find out how true that rumor is. Good luck to all.
