From a Gartner Group report. Makes no sense to me that the ave PC price will drop only from $1,720 to $1,600 over the next four years or that cheap PCs wiould not ignite sales in the rest of the world. Does anyone know whether very cheap machines are generally available outside the US? I would expect it to take a while but when it happens....
