A.S.: I agree with your analysis...only factor that is holding 3com from moving forward is benhamou & cadre ! Everyone on the street...including shareholders want a change in management...sentiment towards benhamou has not changed at all. He has his "fingers crossed" that the present attitude towards him will "blow over"...not so! Volumn of late is indicating that something is going on in the "wings" or some sort of "pressure" by big $$$ is reaching the Board. News coming out of Corporate as of late is very "guarded" but rumors (smoke in the silicon valley) is indicative that something is going on. benhamou knows that his head is on the chopping block if he can't get shareholder value past 30-35/sh fairly soon. Looking at volumn very carefully and size of trades is my focus at this point. If volumn and lg trades continue...could indicate that "something" of importance is forthcoming! HKirby
