Back to this Proxy issue. The annual meeting is 3 weeks away. No Proxy. No annual letter.

I suppose it's safe to assume that Ampex is going to bypass the usual practice of announcing the results of the Proxy at the meeting. No way can they mail out the proxy,gather the votes and tabulate the results is the less than 3 weeks till the annual meeting.

Anyone else find this an unusual practice? Why the delay?
