Lance, Thanks for the update. I also had a chance to speak with management yesterday. It seems like I learn something new every day. The announcement concerning realignment of the Board of Directors will be out shortly. The only reason it won't be today is because they are waiting to hear from the insurance people in regards to their coverage. I was never aware of the fact that all board members must be fully insured by the company for obvious reasons. I know that many shareholders are hoping for some big names. It is my understanding that one of them will be either a CEO or Chairman of a NASDAQ company and one of them will be a professor at a well-known university. I, like you, also believe that we will have announcements of alliances with more Internet-E-Commerce types very soon. On the Informercial side as we get closer to ramp-up of GOON-Line we will see a series of very important releases. From what I gather we are very close to signing (if it hasn't been done already) a person of the ilk of a Popeil (sp) to do the informercials on GOON-Line. Lastly, JNNE is rapidly signing various companies for their new sight. I am anxious to see some of the names that will jump on board. I understand that we are in negotiations with a major Telecom to actually sell long-distance time and also pre-paid phone cards. I'll try to keep abreast of this. Again Lance, thanks for all your due-diligence. You have truly been a long-time stalwart in regards to your investment in JNNE.
