Sprint, This part is worth repeating!!!!!! I recently e-mailed XNET and inquired about their intentions (and timing, if relevant) of filing a Form-10 (a prerequisite document for gaining NASDAQ listing which essentially requires XNET to reconcile its financial statements to U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) with the SEC. In response to my e-mail dated April 13, 1999, Mr. Ernest Echeung (Director) replied: "Sorry for the delay in answering your message, I was out of commission for a few days due to a traffic accident. The Form 10 is being reviewed by a lawyer, I think it will be filed by early May. We are in the middle of our 1998 audit and the results will be incorporated in the filing. Then it is in the hands of the SEC to decide when we get approval."
