Hookjock, I emailed Karen at Ampex Investor relations yesterday and she stated in her reponse that the chairman's letter will be out on this Friday or early next week. She stated this was due to the amount of work that had to be done for the refiling of the l0Q's as well as other priorities. The annual meeting was also moved from May 14 to May 28. Milt
