With 89 million shares the penalty would be less than $2/share worst
case. At current depressed levels I can see how you conclude that
other buyers will be tempted. Do you have any thoughts on which other
companies would be most able and most likely to be tempted?

BTW I saw and tried the Time Warner cable modem earlier this evening.
It is very fast but slows down greatly with a lot of traffic. I did
not find it as blindingly fast as I expected and I'm anxious to try an
x2 for comparison!
