To all-wearing trenchcoats is a style for teens these days. Try to visit a mall or amusement park without seeing many teens dressed this way. The trenchcoat thing is IRRELEVANT. When I was in high school, the "outcasts" wore dirty clothes a chain that hooked their beltloop to their wallets. So, if this would have happened in the 80's--we would have heard about "the chain gang" or something to that effect from the media. Whether or not the killers and other teens wore and wear trenchcoats should be the least of our concerns at this time.
